About the Provider

My name is Dr. Natalie Erickson. I'm a chiropractic physician as well as a licensed massage therapist.

In my practice, I specialize in Myoskeletal Alignment Technique®, a comprehensive manual therapy system developed by Erik Dalton. This approach integrates principles of osteopathy, structural integration, deep tissue techniques, and applied neuroscience. Myoskeletal Alignment focuses on identifying and addressing postural imbalances, dysfunctional movement patterns, and chronic muscle tension that can lead to pain and restricted mobility. It is effective for a variety of concerns, including acute injuries like whiplash and sports-related strains, as well as chronic pain patterns often associated with desk work, repetitive stress, and prolonged postures.

As a chiropractic physician, I use the Diversified technique, an evidence-informed approach aimed at restoring joint mobility, improving biomechanics, and supporting nervous system function. My chiropractic care integrates soft tissue treatments and functional movement strategies to help reduce pain, enhance posture and function, and promote long-term movement health.

I earned my massage therapy certification from the University of Western States in 2018, completed my Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Pre-Health Studies at Portland State University in 2021, and later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from UWS in 2023. I graduated with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from UWS in 2025 and am currently a candidate for a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at UWS, where I am continuing my education in integrative and lifestyle medicine.

I grew up in Sonora, California, nestled in the beautiful Sierra foothills, and I have lived in the equally picturesque Pacific Northwest for the past 10 years. When I’m not in school or working with patients, I enjoy strength training, snowboarding, cycling, nature walks, cooking healthy meals, watching movies, learning through podcasts, singing, playing guitar and piano, laughing with lifelong friends, and spending time with my husband, Ian, and our two cats, Salvi and Angelo.

Above all, I value building meaningful connections with my patients, listening to and understanding their stories, and partnering with them to improve their health, overall vitality, and function so they can live life to the fullest.
